PterygopalatineFossa翼腭窝
Thepterygopalatinefossaisapyramidalspacesituateddeeplybelowtheapexoftheorbit,betweenthepterygoidprocessofsphenoidbehindandtheperpendicularplateofpalatineinfront.Morelaterally,thebackofmaxillareplacesthepalatineboneastheanteriorboundaryoftheentranceofthefossa—thepterygomaxillaryfissure.翼腭窝是位于眶尖下方深部的一个锥体空间，位于后方的蝶骨翼突和前方的腭垂直板之间。靠外侧，上颌骨的背面取代腭骨成为翼腭裂（即翼腭窝的入口）的前界。
BOUNDARIESandCOMMUNICATIONS边界和联络
Anteriorwall前壁:
Perpendicularplateofthepalatineandposteriorsurfaceofthemaxilla(superomedialpart).腭垂直板和上颌骨后表面（上内侧部分）。
CommunicationsWiththeorbitthroughthemedialendoftheinferiororbitalfissure.通过眶下裂的内侧端与眼眶相同。
Posteriorwall后壁:
Pterygoidprocessandadjoiningpartoftheanteriorsurfaceofthegreaterwingofthesphenoid.翼突和蝶骨大翼前表面的毗邻部分。
①CommunicationsWiththemiddlecranialfossathroughforamenrotundum.通过圆孔与中颅窝相通。
②CommunicationsWiththeforamenlacerumthroughthepterygoidcanal.通过翼管与破裂孔相通。
③CommunicationsWiththepharynxthroughpalatovaginalcanal.通过腭鞘管与咽相通。
Medialwall内壁:
Upperpartoftheperpendicularplateofpalatineorbitalandsphenoidalprocessofthepalatine.腭眶垂直板的上部和腭骨蝶突。CommunicationsWiththenosethroughsphenopalatineforamen.通过蝶腭孔与鼻腔相通。
Lateral外:
Thefossaopensintotheinfratemporalfossathroughpterygomaxillaryfissure.颅窝通过翼颌裂进入颞下窝。CommunicationsWiththeinfratemporalfossathroughpterygomaxillaryfissure.通过翼上颌裂与颞下窝相通。
Superiorwall上壁:
Undersurfaceofthebodyofthesphenoidandorbitalprocessofthepalatine.Thelateralpartoftheroofisopenandherefossaopensintotheorbitthroughinferiororbitalfissure.蝶骨体下表面和腭骨眶突。顶的外侧部分是开放的，翼腭窝通过眶下裂进入眼眶。
Inferior下:
Pyramidalprocessofthepalatineboneintheanglebetweenthemaxillaandthepterygoidprocess.上颌骨与翼突之间夹角内的腭骨锥突。CommunicationsWiththeoralcavitythroughgreaterandlesserpalatinecanals.通过腭大管和腭小管与口腔相通。
